Okay, so, I haven't done a journal in forever, and I'm sorry. You may ask why I made "Who hid the pancakes?" as my title. Well, I made pancakes this morning (Who knew I could cook?) but they were HUGE so my friends and I couldn't finish them. (I made pancakes for my friends because I promised that if one of them got to my house before ten, then I'd make pancakes for all of us... she didn't and I was forced to make them anyway.) So, I wouldn't let my friend throw away my masterpiece pancake, which was the biggest giantest pancake I'd ever made, and we'd had to have two people to flip it. It was epic. So, we put her pancake in a ziploc bag. About an hour later, I realized that her pancake was gone. She'd hidden my masterpiece. So, I spent the whole morning trying to find it, and we made it into a game. This was the most random morning I've ever had, and i thought I should share it with the world. So, I've realized that random acts of randomness are really really hilarious, especially in person. So, I wouldn't to hear about some of your guys random moments with your friends. Just, spill 'em to me, because I'm looking for a laugh. haha. Until next time, guys.

Okay, so somebody asked me to tell more about the book I'm writing. (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! YOUR PLOT WORKED!) I don't really know which questions to answer, because she was extremely vague, which is unusual, but okay. I'm still trying to get the plot kind of figured out, but I already have all the characters looks drawn and everything. (There happen to be 119 known characters, but only ten that you see more than once.)

Okay, so, here are some basics you need to know before I launch into my crazy-trying-to-explain-my-inner-mind-workings segment. Okay.

Time frame- 3000-3100 (never actually specified)

World situation- outer planets have been colonized, earth has been cleansed back to a 1900-2000 feel. Most earthlings have left their mother planet and moved on to more technologically advanced areas. Earth is being kept as a tourist attraction now, and is inhabited by fishing villages, farming villages, Livestock villages(If you didn't guess, they're more into their not farmers so to speak, more like clothes makers and wood carvers), and desert villages (very secretive about their work.) Earth is more for tourists and simple folk now-a-days than the technologically advanced society (the only known) that it is today.

Government(S)- (Please don't get offended! I'm not sure if it will offend you, but it may, so please don't take it personally!) The government is known as "The Five Reigns" North America absorbed south America, and the United states was destroyed. Instead, they kept the idea of a democracy, but shaped it and cleansed it so it wasn't corrupt. Since there are small villages instead of large states, and more of the continents are covered by water than in our time, villages and small towns are like states. Europe absorbed Asia and reigned under a monarchy. They have not had a tyrant king or queen for three hundred years. Asia's population migrated to Belmone, the first planet to ever be proved to be able to sustain life (Since they left the planet, they are not included in the five governments therefore I shall not explain it). It is now the capital of technological society, and is still mostly dominated by an Asian society. Australia went through a fifteen year war from 2530-2545 that left their country somewhat bankrupt. Not wanting class, or states, they turned to communism. This government has been in place for over 500 years, and nobody remembers the war or the previous government, and is content with the one they are in now. Africa was forced under a dictatorship, but since the villages are so small, their leader finds it easy to control them, and the people don't especially care as long as he's not chopping off hands and cutting off heads. Actually, he's doing quite the contrary. He has improved their economy and shown the people how to live, which is really what every citizen wants. Guidance, a push in the right direction. No one is willing, or wants to oppose him, for all of the people who want power go to higher rolls on higher planets, so it's almost like earth is an extremely poor, extremely small paradise that everyone overlooks. The last government is in Antarctica, but it isn't really a government because it's "every man for himself".

Experiments- Scientists have been experimenting on humans under the unwatching eyes on Earth. Nobody knows, and even though rumors have flown around about their situation, no one is willing to believe that something so horrible could be going on in their paradise. Some even know of it, but turn the other cheek, unwilling to upset domestic bliss. The "experiments" are what the humans who have been tested on call themselves. The best scientists from other planets have come together to create a race of humans with powers beyond even the minds comprehension. 118 different powers who were all counted off as failures have been recorded, even though those individuals successfully contained the power and were able to move it and use it. Those were just trials, though. The scientists were going after something more difficult, something much more powerful. A person who could contain more than one power, and use it effectively. One success has been recorded, but their are two in the world. These experiments are manufactured from fetus's in a lab cup and implanted into machines. These machines give the baby what they need until they grow older. They keep the baby in there until it's two, and then they inject it with the power. They take the baby out, let it breathe air, and within seconds they'll know if their experiment worked. No experiments real age is known.

Partners- each experiment must have a partner. The scientists always tested the same genes and chemicals on two people, so that their army would be larger and more effective. With two people, missions and combat would be easier. You'd have a partner to back you up, and if you died, you had somebody with the same power to continue the fight. The scientists didn't count on emotions, or loyal bonds, or ties between friends or lovers. Most of the partners who are two different genders often end up together. Because of one simple reason. Who knows you better, and what you've gone through, then the person who went through it with you? Than the person who was right by your side? That was the one simple reason.

Filers- The experiments were stopped for a year, and then picked up by a new scientist(Name unidentified). These new experiments were called 'filers' because that was what they did. They filed away different powers into their brains, and could use them, but only under a certain condition. They had to kill the experiment with that power, and suck the power out of them. Since the power is in your genes, and in your blood, I won't go into too much detail on how they got it out of you. I think you should know. The experiments are too scared to go after them, and they can't unite because they're scattered over the country. These experiments were done in 27 different labs, and four different pirate ships have massacred only 15 of them. The lab where the filers are kept has not been found. Only two known filers exist, going by the names of "71 and 57". There could be millions more hidden away.

Nasuro Pirates- J and R's mother and father's crew. Pirates who are mostly heartless, and bred for the murder and revenge of the scientists. They've been destroying labs and liverating experiments for near 20 years. (Can't tell more, because it's spoil too much! )

Cargo crew- Pirates disguised as a cargo crew that first take J in. This is where he meets A. He loses contact with them once he's kidnapped by the Nasuro Pirates while they're looking for A. They were scared of their powers, and just wanted to blend into society. J disagreed with them greatly.

J Britely- Apathetic, lazy, sly, harsh, blunt, interested in little things. dark brown hair, hazel eyes. Likes salty things, the sky, flying, clouds, adventure. Hates sweet things, spicy things, over cooked things, tangy things, responsibility, work, sand, bright lights, alcohol, swearing, and stupid people.

A Cross- Childish, selfish, self-absorbed, demanding, whiny, harsh, blunt, determined, hot-headed, obsessive, spur-of-the-moment kind of gal. Black hair, purple eyes. Likes ordering around people, candy, food in general(yet she's so thin), Adventure, anything new, shiny objects, her friends, fire, fights, and animals. hates storms, being teased, losing, being close to losing, thinking she's going to lose, contradictions, condescending people, people who disagree with her, water, things that burn her tongue, and television(which will be explained).

T Sworeot- Brainiac, sly, sneaky, shy(at first), bold, strong, determined, confident, worrier, mother-figure, and one of those I-don't-need-a-man-to-make-me-soup-when-I'm-sick-because-I'm-a-woman-and-just-as-strong-as-a-man type of girl. Blond hair, one purple eye and one blue. Likes most everything that doesn't move, loud music, responsibility, work, most people, big swords, big guns, dumb people, children. Hates crowds, animals, technology, ground that moves, smart people, people who question her authority, bombs, small weapons, space.

R Nasuro- Girlish, whimpy, whiny, determined, shy, timid, hard-worker, loyal, strong-when-he-has-to-be, sneaky, sly, knows-how-to-get-people-to-do-his-work kind of guy. Dirty blond spiky hair, baby blue eyes. Likes nice people, sleeping, resting, sweet things, trains, hover-cars, space, other planets, strategies, books, drawing, and the number 37. Hates mean people, loud noises, people who tease, having pranks played on him, work, most kids, his parents, himself, and most all battles and fights.

N _____- Prankster, sly, sneaky, sarcastic, cold, egotistical, protective, fiercely loyal, genius, con-artist, always-out-for-money kind of gal. Long reddish-orange hair, red swirling eyes. Likes playing pranks, stealing things, pick-pocketing, battles, J, her brother, playing dirty, mud, hot foods, strong smells, and crowds of rich people. Hates being told no, rules, interference, quitters, deserters, traitors, the water (The only thing her and A agree on!) and have the television turned off.

Ju ______- Follows his sister, innocent, strong-willed, brave, knowledgeable, tough, determined-to-be-like-J, 8 years old. Short, messy orange hair, bright blue eyes(sometimes yellow when he's mad) Likes everything. Hates nothing (except school).

Now, these are the characters between the ages of 13-15. execpt Ju who is 8-10. When there's a time skip of 6 years, J, R, and T are 20, A is 19, N is 16, and Ju is 14. (No, his name isn't Ju. I just can't call him J because J is the main character! So his new nickname is Ju.)

Those are my main characters, and some random background information about my book. Super boring, I know, but hey, I'm having fun writing it! So, if you have questions, just ask and I may or may not answer them.

Okay, so, I decided to interview four of my characters about the book I'm writing. I will be using initials for them, and I won't tell you their names. I will however answer most questions about the book in this interview. If you have other questions... send them to me, and hopefully I can answer them! Okay, so it's super random... but that's okay! I was bored!

Failaine- "So, what is the book that you guys are cast in called?"
J- "Battleship."
Failaine- "And, as characters in this book, does how the author portray you do your personality justice?"
T- "No. My character in the book is a total know-it-all. She's also practically USELESS half the book when really, she had one of the coolest powers! Besides, A is a bigger ditz in real life."
A- "Yah, what she said!"
T- "See what I mean?"
R- "Well, T isn't being very... correct I think the word is. I mean, i don't think that I'm much like my character, but A isn't that stupid."
T- "R, you're exactly like your character. You're shy and girly in the book too."
R- "That's not very nice... You're hurt my feelings T. I think I need a bowl of ice cream."
Failaine- "Shut up R. (I'm too mean to him in teh book! ) Now, do you guys think that this book is going anywhere... fantastic? Do you think it's going to have an exciting ending?"
J- "Please, the author doesn't know where the book is headed. She's a total idiot."
Failaine- "You are a negative main character. Let's see... oh! What type of cool powers have you guys met so far?"
J- "We've met a crazy ink girl... Hypnotist... I'm crystal... T is mimic... that one blue-haired girl is teleportation, and we met fusion and vision."
Failaine- "Can you explain any of the powers?"
T- "Ink is self-explanatory, as is hypnotist. Crystal is a secret... Fusion is where you can actually fuse your body by changing the chemical compounds in that body part, and you can fuse it with an object of choice. Very helpful in battle. As is vision, but that's better in sneak attacks. vision is where you can change the way your eye sees. You can see people by body temperature, in night-vision, X-ray vision (which is sometimes super awkward) and most any other type of vision imaginable. You can even see people in different colors. Teleportation is also self-explanatory. We've met plenty of other powers, but we don't want to give too many away."
J- "And how are you not a total know-it-all?"
T- "Shut up."
Failaine- "How many people with powers are there?"
R- "Currently... 110."
Failaine- "... isn't that a little excessive?"
J- "The writers an idiot."
A- *nod*
Failaine- "Okay... are there any twists in the story?"
A- "Yep. Most everything ends in..."
T- "cliff-hangers."
A- "Yah!"
R- "You know, she is a lot smarter in teh book..."
T- "What did I tell you?"
Failaine- "So, J, what's it like being the main character in this book?"
J- "I dunno. Okay I guess. I don't really care."
R- "he's so apathetic it hurts sometimes."
T- "Get a tissue for your issue, pig-tails."
R- "That was a ridiculous scene! You can't call me that! It was the authors fault!"
J- "She's right, R."
R- "Brother, why?"
Failaine- "Obviously, this cast is just emotional baggage. Maybe next time, we'll talk to some characters who are helpful!"
T- "Uncalled for!"
R- "My heart is bruised..."
J- "Ouch. It hurts. *snore*"
